Counselling for children & young people

Helping young hearts find their words

Children and young people carry big feelings they don't always have the words for. I offer a gentle, safe space where they can express themselves in their own way - often through play and creativity - and begin to feel steadier.

Who I see

Every age, met with care

Young children

Where play and art become their language for feelings too big to say.

Teenagers

Navigating identity, friendships, pressure and the weight of growing up.

Young adults & adopted children

Including adopted children, with attachment and belonging held gently in mind.

Art & play therapy

When play is the way in

For younger children, talking isn't always the easiest path. Art and play therapy lets them show how they feel through drawing, stories and games - building trust gently, so difficult emotions can be expressed and understood safely.

I offer one-to-one art and play therapy, particularly for anxiety and self-expression, always moving at the child's pace.

  • A safe, trusting relationship first
  • Feelings expressed through creativity, not pressure
  • Gentle support for anxiety and emotional regulation
  • Always at the child's pace and comfort
